Using the latest Solid Works 3D modeling software, our designers and engineers can quickly move from mold design concept to tool path generation for mold building with no need to create paper drawings.

Limtech's mold technicians can quickly try out the completed molds. The first molded parts are measured using the latest in computerized optical comparators. If required, a full process validation can be performed on components from the completed mold.

Limtech also offers complete mold repair and revision. Utilizing LASER welding techniques, parting lines can be restored, gates can be relocated and resized, and cores and cavities can be modified.
