With that thought in mind, Limtech was created in 1992 as a division of Quadra, Inc. Limtech quickly grew to be a leader in liquid silicone molding technology. This leadership enabled Quadra/Limtech to grow and in 1999, a new facility was built in Sturtevant, Wisconsin. Since 1999, this facility has been expanded twice and now occupies 75,000 square feet, including a new Class 100,000 clean room.

From this state of the art facility, Quadra/Limtech offers innovative molding solutions to complex molded component designs for OEMs in a wide range of industries. While liquid silicone molding remains the primary focus, Limtech has expanded into rubber and plastic molding and silicone extrusion.

With the growth of sales to the medical industry, Limtech constructed a Class 100,000 clean room in 2009. In addition to the clean room, Limtech has continued to install the latest technology in molding equipment and automation systems. This commitment to technology has kept Limtech a leader in liquid silicone molding and has allowed the company to solve the most complex silicone molding challenges.
